Stainless steel sorting is an effective method for recycling stainless steel crushed materials. Air knife sorting is a sorting method based on electromagnetic detection. Electromagnetic detection is achieved using a metal detection probe based on the eddy current effect. The metal detection probe is a sensor for metal detection that can quickly identify the target broken material and transmit the voltage signal to the control system; A belt is used to transport broken materials. Before the sorting equipment is running, the control system needs to calculate the belt speed. According to the metal detection probe signal and speed signal, after calculation and processing, the sorting time is determined, that is, the air injection delay, and the electromagnetic valve of the sorting mechanism is controlled. Power on at the appropriate time, open the valve port to inject air to achieve sorting. The sorting mechanism needs to be equipped with a gas source system to continuously supply compressed gas to maintain the internal air pressure to meet the requirements of continuous air injection in actual production. In order to ensure sufficient accuracy and efficiency of the sorting action, metal detection probes, control systems and solenoid valves need to meet the characteristics of rapid response. From speed measurement, identification, signal processing to execution of the sorting action, the entire process time should not exceed 20 ms. In view of the recognition of the metal detection probe and the air knife sorting characteristics, the crushed materials to be sorted on the belt need to be evenly dispersed to avoid erroneous selection caused by overlapping crushed materials. Therefore, the sorting machine needs to be equipped with a corresponding vibration feeding device. In order to realize the above sorting functions, the sorting machine needs to be equipped with a transmission control device, identification and sensing device, control system, sorting mechanism, and air source system. Working principle:
The working principle of stainless steel separators is based on the principles of physics and electromagnetism. As stainless steel passes through the sorting machine, it is subjected to a series of electromagnetic effects. First, the sorter generates a powerful electromagnetic field. This electromagnetic field can identify and distinguish stainless steel based on its characteristics, such as magnetism, conductivity, etc. Then, the stainless steel will undergo a specific reaction under the action of electromagnetic fields. For example, magnetic stainless steel will be attracted by a magnetic field, while non-magnetic stainless steel will not be significantly affected. By monitoring and analyzing these reactions, the sorter can accurately determine the type and location of the stainless steel and separate it. In addition, stainless steel sorters may also be equipped with some other detection methods, such as optical detection, weight detection, etc., to further improve the accuracy and precision of sorting. In short, the working principle of stainless steel sorting machines may seem simple, but in fact it contains complex science and technology. Its efficient operation is inseparable from advanced electromagnetism principles and precise detection methods.
