一、Pre-sales services

1. User technical consultation;

2. Assist users in determining the corresponding type, model and quantity of equipment and accessories;

3. Train relevant technical personnel;

4. Provide users with recommended design plans for equipment installation sites.

二、Services in sales

1. Fulfill various services under the contract;

2. Assist users in formulating construction plans;

三、After-sales service

1. The machines sold by the company are tested before leaving the factory. Only after passing the test will they be shipped to customers. After receiving the machines, customers can use them normally to avoid production losses to customers.

2. Provide a full set of pre-sales and after-sales services such as installation, debugging and maintenance, technical consultation, and provide timely support for the spare parts needed by customers during the maintenance process. All products sold are repaired for free within one year.

3. Actively cooperate with users in on-site operation and maintenance management of products to ensure the supply of maintenance spare parts;

4. Provide on-site guidance to operators;

5. Three guarantees will be implemented for products sold. During the warranty period, the supplier will repair and replace free parts and components damaged due to quality reasons. For parts and components damaged outside the warranty period, only the cost will be charged for the parts provided. For equipment damage caused by human factors by the buyer, the parts repaired or provided by the supplier will be charged at a low price.
