working principle:

The electrostatic separator, also known as the electric separator, is discharged by the high voltage static electricity generated by the high voltage generator inside the equipment, and the material to be sorted is uniformly sent down to the rotary roller through a special blanking device.After the  conductor material is electrified, the electricity is put to the ground through the grounding rotary roller, and coupled with the inertia of the rotating roller, the conductor material is thrown into the conductor hopper.After being electrified, the non-conductor material is adsorbed on the surface of the rotating roller because of its poor electrical conductivity, and falls into the non-conductor hopper as the roller turns to the back and is swept down by a brush.Some of the conductor and non-conductor materials fall into the medium material hopper due to different reasons, such as roller speed, equipment baffle adjustment distance, material particle size and how much electricity is received, and enter the feeder and enter the blanking device again for sorting.
